Helpdesk Engineer

  • Providing first line support to users
  • Providing helpdesk support guidance to users on basic computer related questions
  • Take ownership of helpdesk case resolution
  • Escalate helpdesk cases when needed
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor
  • Occasional travel to Asian countries

  • Willing to learn
  • Higher diploma or degree holder of IT related area, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
  • Experience in providing mobile and pc support is a plus
  • Knowledge on server, virtualization, networking and conferencing equipment is an advantage
  • Strong communication skill in Cantonese/English/Mandarin language is essential. Ability in Japanese is an advantage but not a must

Assistant Manager - Accounting (Accounts receivable)

  • Manage accounts receivable, all-round credit control and review
  • Review & support the processing of large volume of debit notes and credit notes with verification of supporting documents
  • Support the processes of billing enquires and resolve disputes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise sub-ordinates in credit administration and accounting functions
  • Assist in development of credit policy and credit control system
  • Perform month-end closing & prepare periodic schedules
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments/projects as requested

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting
  • (Student) members in professional accounting institutions is preferable but not a must
  • Experience in credit control / accounts receivable in sizable companies preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, proactive and independent
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and experienced in SAP system
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Accounting Clerk (AP)

  • Handle general accounting data entries including AP, petty cash, payments processes, journal entries of SAP system & documents filing etc
  • Assist in month-end closing (including following up of PnL breakdown & BS schedules)
  • Responsible for the corresponding of suppliers and service providers
  • Perform various accounting duties
  • Other ad hoc assignments as assigned

  • Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related discipline (Student member of ACCA / HKICPA is an advantage)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in Payable Management is an advantage but not essential
  • With strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
  • Independent, well organized and self-motivated
  • Able to work in a dynamic working environment and works well under pressure
  • Strong PC skills in MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
